The Nevada Supreme Court’s Commission to Study Best Practices for Virtual Advocacy in Nevada’s Courts is conducting a survey of participants of virtual courtrooms and requests your input. The survey is designed for Nevada bar members who practice within the Eighth Judicial District Courts. Your responses will help the Commission to better understand the use of and preferences towards both virtual and in-person court proceedings. The survey should take approximately five to 10 minutes; responses are confidential so that you may offer candid input. The survey may be accessed here; please submit responses by July 29, 2022.
