The medical/dental malpractice status check calendar (a.k.a. med/mal sweeps) will be held on Monday, Feb. 1 at 8:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. at the Regional Justice Center, 200 Lewis Ave., courtroom 15D. The calendar will be heard by Judge Jerry Wiese in numerical case number order, with the oldest case being heard first. Discovery Commissioner Bonnie Bulla will be available to assist with Discovery questions.

Schedule:

8:30 a.m. – case A-07-547431-C through A-14-706851-C

1 p.m. – case A-14-707205-C through A-15-728500-C

The court will enforce NRS 41A.061.1 and set Chapter 41A professional negligence trials (not already scheduled) within three years of the date that the Complaint was filed.
