A lawsuit filed in District Court is seeking injunctive relief for bars and taverns in the state of Nevada that have be re-closed by the Nevada Governor Steve Sisolak as coronavirus cases rise in the state. The pleading states,”Sections 5 and 6 of Directive 27 arbitrarily and capriciously subject bars and taverns to full or partial closure, which fundamentally impairs the rights and privileges granted by their licenses.”
