Documents needing to be filed can either be e-Filed using the Court’s e-Filing system HERE, mailed into the Clerk’s Office, or filed in-person at the Clerk’s Office.
No, the Guardianship Compliance Division cannot file any documents into any case for individuals. All documents must be filed in-person, by using the Court’s e-Filing system or mailing the completed documents into the Family Court Clerk’s Office.
The ROG is due every year within 60 days after your anniversary date. For example, if your anniversary date is August 13, the ROG must be filed between August 13 and October 12 every year.
The accounting for protected person(s) estates (not including Summary Administration estates) is due every year within 60 days after your anniversary date. For example, if your anniversary date is August 13, the Accounting must be filed between August 13 and October 12 every year. If the estate is less than $10,000, the court may place the case under summary administration waiving the annual, but not final, accountings.
No, when a protected person’s estate is in Summary Administration no Accounting is required. However, if the protected person’s estate exceeds $10,000 during the reporting period an Accounting must be filed within 60 days after the case anniversary date.
