Below is an index of Wills filed by the Clerk of the Court by deceased’s last name. The index pages are in a Portable Document Format (PDF). The following documents are not copies of the actual Wills, but only an index of the Wills on file with the Clerk of the Court.

This is a large file and will require time to download.Once the index has been downloaded, Adobe Reader will allow you to search by the deceased’s last name by clicking on the “Find” button (the prompt appears as pair of binoculars). Enter the last name of the individual whose Will you are searching for. Adobe Reader then will bring you to the first entry by that name, keep clicking on the “Find Again” button until you find your entry.

If a name is not listed in this index, it is still possible that a Will may be on file with the Clerk of the Court. You may check with the Records Division located on the third floor of the Regional Justice Center, 200 Lewis Avenue, in Downtown Las Vegas. Office hours are 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday excluding holidays.

The current Combined Wills Index is current through July 13, 2009. Wills filed after that date will not be in the index until the next update.
