After a thorough, three-tiered recruitment process that included public input, Tim Andrews, Adriana White and Shannon Wittenberger were selected to fill hearing master posts in District Court. The candidates have a wealth of legal experience including the highlights below.          

Tim Andrews is a decorated Marine Corps veteran. Mr. Andrews currently works as the assistant district court administrator. His past work also includes service as a senior deputy attorney general for the Nevada Office of the Attorney General; assistant city attorney for the city of Yuma; and special assistant United States attorney in the United States Attorney’s Office. Tim received his law degree from the University of Arizona.

Adriana White has served as a pro tem hearing master in minor guardianship and child support matters. She also volunteered in the juvenile court Truancy Diversion Program. Ms. White currently works in family practice at Eric Palacios & Associates, Ltd. Prior to that, she ran her own firm. She received her law degree from the California Western School of Law.

Shannon Wittenberger will move into the hearing master post from the Clark County District Attorney’s Office.  During her time at the District Attorney’s Office, she worked in Special Services Unit and the Civil Division. Ms. Wittenberger served as an administrative law judge in the Division of Hearing and Appeals in Milwaukee, WI. She was also an adjunct professor at Marquette University and University of Wisconsin Milwaukee and a prosecutor in Wisconsin. She received her law degree from Marquette University Law School.

“Each of these candidates are extremely qualified to meet the needs of the court. We expect that their knowledge, experience and energy will be assets to the court,” said Eighth Judicial District Court Chief Judge Linda Marie Bell.
