Four judges with more than 114 years of public service and legal experience were honored as they pack up for retirement. Judges and other colleagues came to bid them farewell at a luncheon held in their honor. Judges James Bixler, Allan Earl, Gloria O’Malley and Valorie Vega are leaving the bench. Each received a proclamation recounting amazing accomplishments including awards, programs established, inspiration and trailblazing work. Incoming Chief Judge DAvid Barker recognized outgoing Chief Judge Jennifer Togliatti for her leadership.
